01 / The thinking

A shared decision becomes the activity

Choosing a movie is a small group decision with a familiar tension: everyone brings a different preference. FlickPick frames that decision as something to participate in together, using a movie night as the container for the lineup.

The product combines movie selection with challenges and voting. That puts participation at the center of the experience, before the group settles on what to watch.

The experiment

This is a space to explore the relationship between a lightweight planning tool and a social game. The movie-night structure gives the activity a clear context; the lineup and voting give people a way to take part.
